Character Asset License

This license ships inside every bundle as LICENSE.txt and is accepted at checkout. Plain language on purpose: you own what you build with the assets.

PRATIMA PLATFORM — CHARACTER ASSET LICENSE (v1.0-draft)

This license covers the character asset bundle you downloaded ("the Assets"),
delivered by TrigunAI ("we") to the purchasing organization ("you").

WHAT YOU CAN DO
1. Use the Assets in your applications, games, simulations, films, and other
   end products — commercial or not — forever, with no royalties.
2. Modify the Assets and use the modified versions the same way.
3. Let contractors work with the Assets on your projects.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
4. Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Assets as assets — on their own,
   in an asset pack, in a template, or in any form where the Asset itself is
   what's being obtained.
5. Use the Assets, or outputs derived from them, to train machine-learning
   models.
6. Claim the Assets depict a real person. They don't; creating likenesses of
   real people is not offered.

THE FINE PRINT
7. You own your end products. We retain ownership of the underlying character
   template technology.
8. The Assets are provided as certified in their XR-Ready Report. Report an
   issue within 30 days and we'll fix or replace.
9. This license is perpetual and survives any change to or discontinuation of
   the Pratima Platform service.
