The service

Pratima Platform (operated by TrigunAI) produces custom XR-ready 3D characters from briefs you submit, and delivers them as downloadable asset bundles under the Character Asset License.

Orders & delivery

Each character order is a one-time purchase. Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours from payment; the status page and email updates track every step. Every delivered character passes the XR-Ready certification — including verification on physical headset hardware — before delivery. Your first revision per character is free; further revisions are priced at checkout.

No likenesses of real people

We create fictional characters only. Reference images you upload are used as style references (palette, wardrobe, mood) — we do not reproduce the identity or face of any real person, and you agree not to request that we do.

Refunds

If we can't deliver a character that passes certification, or you're unhappy after the included revision, contact us and we'll make it right or refund the order.

Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for ensuring your use of delivered assets complies with the Character Asset License and applicable law.
