What we collect

The minimum to run the service: your email, name, and organization; the character briefs you submit; order and payment records (payment card details are held by Stripe, never by us); reference images you upload; and product-usage analytics (PostHog) plus an audit log of actions on your orders.

How we use it

To produce and deliver the characters you order, send status emails about your orders, and improve the production pipeline. Aggregated, de-identified order data (e.g. which platform presets are most ordered) informs our roadmap. We don't sell personal data.

Reference images

Uploads are virus-scanned and EXIF-stripped, used only as style references for your own orders, and deleted when your organization is deleted.

Deletion

Email us to delete your account: we deactivate the organization and purge stored files. Order records required for accounting are retained as the law requires.

Supabase (database & auth), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Vercel (hosting).
